1st Course: Akara Shrimp with a Mild Habanero Puree and Microgreens

2nd Course: Cornbread Bruschetta with Wilted Greens, Green Tomato Relish and Crispy Pork Crackling

3rd Course: Chili Lime Snapper Fillet with Cajun Sweet Potato, Corn and Okra

4th Course: Muscadine Cobble topped with a Cardamom Crisp and Lemon-cello Ice Cream.
